Best Price Guarantee

We’re here to make sure you never spend more on your Maldives holiday than you need to, and part of that commitment is our Best Price Guarantee. We have great relationships with many of the best resorts in the Maldives, so we’re able to offer competitive prices year round.

We also monitor special offers and other travel agents’ deals and work hard to ensure we’re always giving you the best price possible. If, however, you find a lower price for the same holiday, we guarantee to beat it.

Terms and conditions

Our Best Price Guarantee applies to bookings that are available from another UK travel agent and can be verified by us, either by checking the price on a competitor’s website or by sending us your quote. To be eligible, bookings must be identical, including the following criteria:

• Party size and composition, including the number of adults, children and infants.
• Departure and return dates.
• The resort, including room type, board basis, and number of rooms.
• Transfers, including type of transfer, departure and arrival location, and date/time of transfer.
• Cancellation and date change terms, for example, a refundable versus non-refundable room type.
• Taxes and service charges, including 12% government tax, 10% service charge, bed tax, and green taxes.
• Quoted in GBP (£), inclusive of any booking fees, credit/debit card fees, etc.
• Financial protection, for example, offered by a TTA or ABTA member and/or covered by ATOL.
• Booking window, i.e., the competitor’s price must still be valid at the time you complete your booking with us.
• If flights are included – airline, flight time, flight number, class of ticket, departure and arrival airports.

The price must be publicly available and may not include any corporate discounts, promotional coupons or vouchers, or similar. We may request additional information, which must be provided in a timely manner. 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Best Price Guarantee or restrict its availability at any time for any reason and without prior notice or liability to you. Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply during the Black Friday sale period, as prices can change rapidly.
