As members of the Travel Trust Association, when you pay us, your money goes directly into a trust account and is held there until you return home from your holiday. If we pay the supplier before you travel, we have supplier failure cover in place to safeguard your money.
This protection means that if we or the end supplier go out of business, your money is ringfenced and either your holiday will still go ahead as planned or you will receive a full refund. You are entitled to this protection whether you book a package holiday or a single service, such as accommodation only.
All of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on our website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you book an ATOL-protected package, we will issue a certificate detailing exactly what’s covered.
This protection guarantees that you won’t lose money or become stranded abroad if we, or one of the suppliers providing your holiday package, cease trading before or during your holiday.
